Zero tolerance

Child Safety Standards

ChessDating is an adults-only service.

A person must be at least 18 to create an account, appear in a dating profile, match, upload content, or participate in a conversation.

What we prohibit

We prohibit child sexual abuse and exploitation in every form, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sexualization of a minor, online enticement, sextortion, trafficking, solicitation of sexual content from a minor, attempts to arrange sexual contact, and links or directions to such content elsewhere. This applies to real, altered, generated, and purported depictions.

How to report

Include an account name and a profile, message, or media reference when possible. Do not download, copy, forward, or attach suspected CSAM. A locator is enough for the safety team to investigate using restricted access.

What ChessDating does

We restrict access while high-risk reports are reviewed, preserve only what is legally appropriate, remove prohibited content, disable violating accounts, and report apparent violations to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children or law enforcement when required. Access to suspected CSAM is restricted to trained, authorized personnel and is not handled in ordinary support queues.

These standards support ChessDating’s compliance program, including the child-safety requirements for social and dating applications. They do not limit any report a person may make directly to authorities or a designated reporting organization.
